CSR Guideline

The DOWA group conducts business based on its principles of “The Dowa Group's Values and Standards of Conduct." DOWA believes that a company can exist only by contributing to society and that it must be recognized by society, meeting expectations from its stakeholders including customers, shareholders, employees, local communities and partner companies while offering the best quality and honesty and sincerity of employees as well as returning its profits to society so it take a lead in helping to conserve the environment.

Now we are promoting these activities so to best meet the expectations from our stakeholders from three viewpoints: 1) Environmentally Conscious Business Management, 2) Internal Control, and 3) Risk Management.

We set forth the guideline of CSR conduct that we expect from our employees as a basis of supporting DOWA's CSR activities. We will promote the implementation of this guideline in-house so that we can build a system that allows each workplace and employee to practice the guideline according to his/her specific duties.
