CSR Guideline

The DOWA group conducts business based on its principles of gThe Dowa Groupfs Values and Standards of Conduct.h DOWA believes that a company can exist only by contributing to society and must be recognized by society, meeting expectations from its stakeholders including customers, shareholders, employees, local communities and partner companies; offering the best quality and honesty and sincerity of employees; returning its profits to society; and helping in conserving the environment.

Now we are promoting these activities in order to meet expectations from our stakeholders from three viewpoints of Environmentally Conscious Business Management, Internal Control and Risk Management. We set forth the guideline of CSR conduct and we expect from our employees as a basis of supporting DOWAfs CSR activities.

We will promote the implementation of the guideline in-house and build a system that allows each workplace and employee to practice the guideline in his/her specific actions.

OPEN We actively disclose necessary information to our customers and local communities and respond them with sincerity. We do not make any in-house walls, will share information and visibility, and endeavor to exercise our abilities as a team.
RESPONSIBILITY We always respect others, accept their expectations and assume the responsibility to perform our roles. We strive to realize secure and safe workplace for our family members, colleagues and local communities.
